Amazon is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands‐on, and customer‐obsessed Senior Project Engineering Manager that can drive innovation, standardization and expansion in the Amazon logistics (AMZL) network. As a member of the Italian Field Engineering team you will be responsible for managing a broad range of exciting deployment projects including new launches, Automated solutions, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) re‐layouts and other building retrofit improvements.

As a member of the Italian Field Engineering team you will be responsible for managing a broad range of exciting deployment projects including new launches, Automated solutions, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) re‐layouts and other building retrofit improvements. Location can be different from Milan upon agreement with Rectuiter and HM. Other possible locations could be in Veneto or Rome. CBA Level 1. CBA for employees of Logistics, Delivery and Shipping Sector.
Key job responsibilities Manage projects related to the deployment of engineering solutions in delivery stations of IT Amazon Logistics (AMZL) network.
Own projects including greenfield launches, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) re-layouts, retrofits of automated solutions and other building improvements.
Lead the full project lifecycle from equipment ordering, layout validation, vendor coordination and project plan finalisation to installation
