To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for a Sales Representative with a strong scientific background and a passion for business development. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, helping them identify solutions that support their manufacturing and quality objectives.
Your Mission
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding Mascolab's presence across Northern Italy and selected European markets, developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities




- Develop and expand the customer portfolio within pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted partner.
- Promote Mascolab's analytical services and process validation solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and technical-commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal scientific and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business development objectives.
