We are currently hiring a Head of Total Reward (f/m/d) - hybrid to be based in one of our locations.
Your mission at Epassi
As Head of Total Reward, you’ll be the single point of accountability for how Epassi rewards its people, spanning job architecture, compensation, variable pay, benefits and pay transparency for the entire company. This is a pivotal hire at a pivotal moment: we’re growing across multiple markets, EU Pay Transparency is coming into force, and our compensation framework needs to scale as fast as we do. You’ll work closely with our CPO to shape reward strategy, and with People BPs, Finance and Legal to bring it to life across the business.
