You are the person clients call when they need to know everything is handled because you handled it before they thought to ask. You already know where every deliverable stands, what's at risk, and who needs to hear from you today.
You manage accounts. You manage trust. You manage the project organization. You know the brief, budget, timeline better than anyone in the room and you own the outcomes. You know the budget and you know when a timeline is slipping three days before it actually does, and you've already got a plan to fix it.
You sit between the client's ambition and the team's execution. You translate in both directions. You don't wait for things to come to you. You go get them. Approvals, answers, decisions, alignment. You're wired to pursue clarity. You’re wired to make things move forward. This is a strategic seat, not a status-report seat.
Race Service is a small, agile team that goes from brief to delivery in days. There's no 40-person account team to pass things through.



Account management here is not paper-pushing. It's project management, trust-building, relationship-growing, and seeing the next opportunity before the client names it. You bring it to your team before anyone has to ask.
What you’ll be doing
- You will report to the Account Director but you will be often asked to own the client relationship from project management to account management. You will own project tracking from kick-off through final delivery. You are the primary point of contact, the person who keeps clients informed, confident, and coming back.
- Be the strategic read on the client, not just the contact. Understand their business and priorities, and bring that thinking back into the room.
- Draft, route, and secure approval on Statements of Work and project budgets, ensuring what we promise is what we can deliver. Profitably, and on time.
