In close alignment to Italian Marketing Managers, Enterology & Urology, and the Commercial Operational Leader with their teams, the Commercial Leader will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability, as well as managing people, products, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability.
- Conduct forecasting and budgeting meetings and ensure full compliance with Dentsply Sirona and Wellspect sales and financial goals.
- Coach and develop the entire team, both collectively and individually.
- Implement the Sales Competency Framework and drive Value Based Selling, focusing on adding value in every customer interaction.
- Challenge current ways of working to strengthen the organization's position as a trusted business advisor and an internal center of excellence.
