What you would do as our Planning & Logistics SpecialistReporting to the relevant department manager, you will play a key role in planning purchasing activities and coordinating logistics operations with suppliers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders. Maintaining accurate shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with import/export and logistics processes. The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who:
Has 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, or a similar supply chain role within an international environment.
Has experience working with overseas suppliers, particularly across the APAC region, and is familiar with international transportation and customs processes.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communicates fluently in Italian and has a good command of written and spoken English.
Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience using AS400 is required.
