Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Development Project Manager to join our Project Management and Value Engineering team.
Objective of the position is to lead cross-functional product development and strategic product initiatives, ensuring clear requirements, realistic plans, timely decisions and delivery against product performance, cost, quality and time-to-market targets.
The role will work closely with Product Management, R&D;, Operations, Procurement, Quality, After Sales and Value Engineering, supporting both the evolution of our current product portfolio and the development of new product families.

Your responsibilities will be:




- Lead product development projects from concept definition through design, validation, industrialisation, launch and post-launch.
- Build and manage the project plan, coordinating activities, resources, milestones and interdependencies across the different functions.
- Work with Product Management and R&D; to ensure that product requirements are sufficiently complete, measurable and technically feasible before development commitments are made.
- Monitor project deliverables, investment, risks and key decisions, identifying gaps and conflicting priorities early and escalating when required.
- Manage scope and requirement changes, assessing their impact on timing, cost, quality and project objectives.
- Ensure that product performance, target cost, TCO, quality, serviceability and sustainability objectives are considered throughout the project, working closely with the Cost and Value Engineering team.
