The RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic B2B Customer Specialist to support our business development and customer relationships across Direct Countries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, building strong relationship with dealers and customers and supporting sales operations from order management through to after-sales service.
ResponsibilitiesManage customer and dealer requests via email and phoneAct as the main point of contact for operational and service-related topicsProcess and follow up on orders, warranty claims,
returns and other customer inquiriesCoordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveriesEnsure customer and sales information is accurately maintained in the ERP systemCoordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveriesMonitor customer accounts, collect feedback and track relevant KPIsCollaborate with Sales teams to support dealer performance and satisfactionSupport trade shows, dealer meetings, and other customer-facing eventsMaintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support to customersRequirementsPrevious experience in customer service, sales support or operationsFluent in English and FrenchItalian is preferredGerman, Dutch or another European language is considered a plusGood knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of sales processes, order management and logistics flowsStrong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skillsStrong customer-oriented mindset with a proactiv
