Aegis FSI is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Finance, Banking and Insurance market. On behalf of a leading asset manager, Aegis is looking for a: Institutional Sales The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, especially among Pension Funds (Fondi Pensione) and a strong understanding of private assets products. The resource will cultivate and manage relationships with Institutional clients, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs; Work in conjunction with other institutional sales with a strong focus on Pension Funds (Fondi Pensione),
aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets; Identify new business opportunities and engage in consultative selling to position client's asset management offerings effectively; Provide in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, offering insights to clients and positioning the company's solutions as industry leading.
Private assets focus will be prioritized; Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of the client's offerings; Work closely with Client service teams to ensure proper pre and post sales activities as well as due diligence activities; Abide by internally established control systems and conduct all activities in accordance with the company values, policies, and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements: Proven network in the institutional channel, with a particular focus on Pension Funds (Fondi Pensione) and on Private Assets; At least five years of relevant experience in institutional sales, business development or institutional relationship management within the Italian asset management industry; Str
