Job Purpose
We are looking for an Innovation Manager to join our Innovation team in Milan, reporting directly to the Head of the area. The role will drive the adoption of emerging technologies — from Artificial Intelligence to algorithms and immersive digital experiences — taking them from exploration to full integration within the company’s teams and processes.
This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of technology and business: you will own a portfolio of brand-new projects across areas such as content production, algorithms, clienteling, CRM and customer experience, guiding each initiative from concept to adoption over a typical one-to-three-year horizon. You will make sure every new technology translates into tangible value for the company and,



as the first profile of its kind, you will have the opportunity to progressively shape and lead a small dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Scout and assess emerging technologies — including AI, Generative AI, algorithms and immersive solutions such as Virtual Try-On — and proactively originate new initiatives with business functions, supported by clear roadmaps and business cases.
- Own and deliver a portfolio of innovation projects from ideation to roll-out, currently spanning content production, algorithms and clienteling, ensuring quality of execution and value delivered.
- Lead pilots and proofs of concept and scale successful solutions into product, CRM, art direction and customer experience, embedding each new technology within the relevant teams until it becomes part of day-to-day processes.
