Qapla is seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing function and drive growth across Italy, Spain and Europe. You will shape brand positioning, oversee acquisition and retention, and manage a small marketing team.
You will work with external agencies, optimize lead generation and nurturing funnels, and experiment with AI, automation and new channels. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with 3–5+ years in Growth Marketing, preferably in SaaS.
