and process optimization. /li liSupporting the evolution and implementation of digital tools and systems related to manufacturing and supply chain management. /li liInterfacing with Group stakeholders within an international business environment. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent technical background. /li liProven experience in leadership positions within manufacturing environments. /li liStrong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, preferably within highly customized or engineer‑to‑order production settings. /li liDemonstrated experience in coordinating Production, Quality, and Supply Chain functions. /li liSolid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies. /li liKnowledge of the following methodologies will be considered a strong advantage: ul liSix Sigma; /li liSMED; /li li5S. /li /ul /li liExperience with ERP, MES, and advanced production planning systems. /li liFamiliarity with platforms such as Opera MES, CyberPlan, and Mago ERP will be considered a plus. /li liFluent English is mandatory, as the role requires regular interaction with international stakeholders and Group functions.
