You will influence data center design documents for: structural systems, exterior envelope design, site and civil planning, material lifecycle and sustainability, seismic considerations, and building code compliance. /liliAssisting the creation and maintenance of BIM templates and enforcing BIM standards. /liliParticipating in design coordination meetings with other trades for clash detection and resolution. /liliWorking on concurrent projects in multiple geographic locations. /liliAssisting information exchange processes between internal and external customers in a Common Data Environment (CDE). /liliRecording and reporting key metrics to management. /liliTraveling to data center sites for engineering evaluations and surveys, as required. Your work includes creating detailed models, drawings, specifications, and prototypes, and updating managers and leaders on changes to the building and site design.
