automations built by five different people with five different logics, sales and marketing arguing about whose numbers are right.
This is a hands-on, technical, and strategic role and a founding one. You'll be the first hire on CRM, which means you'll be the one building workflows, custom properties, integrations, and reporting yourself from day one. As scope grows, you'll also be responsible for building the team around you, but the first chapter of this role is entirely hands-on.

What You’ll Do

In practice:

Platform ownership & architecture
- Own HubSpot's full architecture: object model, properties, pipelines, permissions, and data hygiene standards.
- Define and enforce data governance: naming conventions, required fields, deduplication logic, lifecycle stage definitions.
- Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and the rest of the stack (ad platforms, product/data warehouse, billing, support tools), including API-level
