Descrizione Lavoro - Product Development Manager
Bring your competencies :
1. Manage the activity of the team for which he/she is responsible to ensure the development of finished products based on the product plan (new products, series life, requests for modification or 2nd source approval, pre-development plans, manufacturing transfer projects) while respecting the EPO development process and the tools specific to his/her activity
2. Participate in the development of the product roadmap for his/her scope in line with the BU development strategy and with the Group strategy
3. Be responsible for the objectives set for his/her activity
4. Ensure the application of work standards among his/her teams
5. Define areas for improvement to ensure constant optimization of his/her team's performance
6.
Create team dynamics by developing communication and developing teams: versatility, training, feedback, interviews
7. Manage and optimize the budget and resources of his/her teams
8. Carry and relay messages from Management
9. Ensure technological monitoring in his/her scope of activity and Contribute to the filing and renewal of patents
10. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive environment: analysis of competing products (construction, production costs, price positioning, production location, etc.), understanding of markets and consumer needs
