Senior Sales Advisor

who will support the Store Sales Team in providing clients with all the requested information and expert advice throughout the purchasing journey, ensuring an outstanding sales experience and contributing to the development of the business.

The Senior Sales Advisor will report directly to the

Cassina Milan Store Manager .





Your Impact
You will contribute to the commercial performance of the Milan Store by developing new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients and ensuring a high-quality and personalized customer experience. You will also support the Store Manager in implementing business development initiatives and contribute to the effective use of the Store's sales and CRM tools.

What You Will Do
Welcome and assist clients visiting the Store, providing an outstanding level of hospitality throughout the selling ceremony;
Develop new sales opportunities and contribute to achieving the Store's commercial objectives;
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients;
Provide support to the Store Manager in implementing business development initiatives and actions;
