ROLE SUMMARY: As a Field Application Scientist (FAS), you will provide essential technical expertise and training to customers, ensuring successful adoption and integration of Quanterix platforms into their research workflows.




You will act as a bridge between innovative technology and the scientific community, offering technical guidance, troubleshooting, and staying abreast of the latest advancements. This role involves both pre-sales and post-sales support, extensive travel, and collaboration with internal teams to improve products and customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with regional sales teams to visit existing and prospective customers Deliver compelling presentations and webinars tailored to diverse audiences and disease areas Demonstrate instrument and software capabilities Participate in industry trade shows and seminars
Post-Sales Support: Deliver basic and advanced training to users Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot assay development challenges Maintain regular communication with customers to share new publications, protocols, and tools Promote consumables and ass
