Job Summary
As a TIS Cluster Director , you will play a critical role in translating and embedding the EMEA TIS Sales & Marketing strategy into local markets. You will lead cross-country sales teams, drive business performance, and ensure consistent implementation of our evolving commercial approach across your cluster. Depending on the region, the GTM approach is direct or indirect sales. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement in a dynamic, international environment. You are responsible for Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus.
