Job Responsibilities
1、Develop and execute sales strategies for CareRay's medical imaging products across the European market, with primary responsibility for achieving sales revenue and business growth targets.
2、Develop new customers, distributors, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic partners across Europe, while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
3、Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including market development, customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, contract closing, and project follow-up.
4、Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners, and identify new opportunities for CareRay's medical imaging products and components.
5、Work closely with HQ Product, R&D;, Technical Support, Marketing, and other functions to support customer evaluation,



product integration, testing, and project implementation.
6、Monitor European market trends, customer requirements, competitive activities, and business opportunities, and provide market feedback to HQ.
7、Manage the sales pipeline, sales forecast, customer information, and key business indicators, and regularly report business performance to HQ.
8、Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Italy subsidiary, including basic administration, finance, logistics, customer support, and other local operational matters.
9、Manage and coordinate the local team of approximately three employees, clarify responsibilities, allocate resources, and ensure effective execution of business and operational activities.
10、Act as the key communication bridge between the Italy subsidiary and HQ, ensuring company strategies, business objectives, and management requirements are effectively implemented locally.
