The role

You will help shape the next phase of growth for Docplanner in Italy, one of our most important and strategically significant markets.

Italy represents almost 30% of Docplanner Group revenue, and the market is entering an important phase of growth and transformation.



Alongside continuing to strengthen our core marketplace and SaaS business, we are investing in several new growth opportunities across AI, payments, new products, partnerships and commercial expansion.

Your role will be to turn these opportunities into real, measurable business growth. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on commercial execution: understanding the business quickly, identifying where growth is being won or lost, and then improving the systems, teams and processes that drive revenue.

You will work across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Finance, with a particular focus on commercial performance and new venture development. Your scope will evolve based on where the biggest opportunities are, but will include launching new revenue streams, improving sales productivity, developing new commercial models and scaling successful initiatives.
