What Will You Do

Outbound Prospecting – Identify and engage high-quality leads by reaching out to accommodation providers. Your main goal will be to create qualified appointments through both company-provided contact lists and direct prospecting of new opportunities.
Deliver Exceptional Experiences – You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, shaping their first impression of Smartness and contributing directly to our growth story.




Achieve Your Monthly Target – Your performance will be measured by the ARR generated through the opportunities you create, emphasizing quality and conversion rather than volume.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement – You’ll sharpen your analytical mindset by monitoring and improving your pipeline performance, using some of the most advanced sales tools in the market.
Demonstrate Our Value Proposition – Clearly communicate how Smartness helps hospitality businesses grow, sparking enthusiasm and trust among prospects.
