Monitor the development of prototypes, samples and SKUs from sketch handover through review and final product delivery, proactively identifying risks, delays and open points. Act as a day-to-day point of connection between the Creative team and Gucci ArtLab / Industrial teams, ensuring timely exchanges on prototyping, materials, technical feasibility and sample development.
