We imagine a world where eating healthy doesn’t come from a moral choice or a compromise, but is the most natural, desirable, and satisfying experience in everyday life, everywhere.
Founded in November 2018 from the dream of two friends to “nourish the world with positivity and well-being”, Poke House is the global leader in the fast-casual poke bowl category, with over 120 stores across eight countries to date – Italy, UK, Spain, France, Portugal, Austria, Romania, and the United States, where the brand operates three Poke House restaurants in Miami, Florida.
In addition, thanks to minority investments in Sweetfin (California) and Poke Perfect (the Netherlands), our overall network reaches approximately 190 restaurants worldwide.
We are entering a new phase of international maturity, where operational excellence, scalability, and execution are crucial to supporting our growth across Europe and beyond.
To support this growth, we are looking for a Field Training & Standard Specialist to join our Retail team. This role will contribute to the definition, implementation,

and monitoring of operational and visual standards across our stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity.
