As the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, you will resolve inquiries across phone, email, and live chat platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Address inbound Italian customer queries via phone, email, and digital chat maintaining a professional, courteous manner.
- Issue Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of client challenges and deliver fast, tailored solutions.
- Data Entry: Accurately record account details, user requests, and resolution steps in internal CRM databases.
- Performance Metrics: Meet key performance indicators, including CSAT, First Contact Resolution (FCR),
and Average Handle Time (AHT).
- Continuous Learning: Attend regular training modules to keep up with product updates, corporate policies, and service workflows.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent or advanced C1/C2 proficiency in Italian (written and spoken); functional English skills (at least B2) for internal communication, systems usage, and training.
- Availability: Willingness to work variable 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Location: Based on-site at our Lisbon workspace.
- Legal Authorization: EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or valid Portuguese work authorization.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, composure under stress, and a proactive mindset.
