Overview
In this role, you will lead Nike’s Integrated Retail Marketing team for Italy & Greece, translating brand priorities into consumer experiences across Owned and Partner Retail. You’ll shape seasonal strategies with cross-functional partners to drive brand distinction and marketplace growth. Based in Milan, you will guide investments, allocate resources, and ensure premium, consistent experiences that connect sport, culture and community. You’ll work with EKIN, VM&S; and global teams to align local insights with regional plans, delivering a growth-focused, consumer-obsessed marketplace strategy.

Responsabilità
- Lead and develop the Italy & Greece Integrated Retail Marketing team to a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Own the integrated retail marketing strategy across Owned and Partner Retail to drive brand distinction and growth
- Lead seasonal planning and translate sport, product, athlete and cultural stories into marketplace plans
- Represent the Italy & Greece marketplace in EMEA planning processes to inform decisions and identify growth
- Oversee seasonal investments and resource allocation to maximize consumer and business impact
- Align Brand, Marketplace and Retail leaders to ensure delivery of seasonal initiatives
- Set direction for marketplace execution with EKIN and VM&S; to provide premium experiences across the marketplace
- Guide territory-led activations and local opportunities balancing consumer needs with global priorities
