Your roleYour goal will be to contribute to Simundia’s growth by managing and developing our key client accounts in the Italian market. You will build strong, long‑term relationships with clients, understand their business and people‑development needs, identify opportunities to expand our collaboration, and ensure they get maximum value from Simundia’s coaching solutions. You will work closely with the Italian Team and the wider International Team, collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product to deliver an excellent client experience and drive account growth. This role will be both strategic and hands‑on, giving you the opportunity to have a tangible impact on client satisfaction, retention and revenue growth, while working in an international, fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment.
