We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead the commercial agenda for battery storage in Italy. This is a hands-on role, not purely managerial. You set the playbook, close the deals and build the team.

Its AI-powered trading and full-service offering support battery projects from technical design through to 24/7 operations. The company works with leading infrastructure investors and utilities across several European markets.
Italy is one of its fastest-moving markets. First major contracts are in active negotiation and the pipeline is growing quickly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, offer structuring, negotiation and contract signing
Lead and develop the existing Italy Sales Manager and build out the sales team as the business grows
Drive strategic planning, forecasting and commercial KPIs
Act as a trusted advisor to strategic customers in a fast-evolving storage market
Work closely with the Country Manager, Operations and the international commercial team
Shape the offering in line with regulatory changes, market trends and customer feedback
Represent the company at conferences and industry events across Italy
