For the National and International Transport area, we are looking for a Customer Service Transportation Specialist.
WHERE: Vallese di Oppeano (VR)
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Resolving critical issues related to deliveries and returns for all stores worldwide;




- Preparing analyses and statistics aimed at measuring and evaluating the performance of different transporters in each nation;
- Managing claims and preparing related statistics.
WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MEET YOU IF:
- You are a student/graduate in economics, statistics, or linguistics with a commercial focus;
- You have a good knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus;
- You consider yourself an organized, precise person and have a predisposition for teamwork;
- You are inclined to analysis and working with numbers and have strong problem-solving skills.
