Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join our high performing and inclusive team at our office in Morwell, VIC, reporting directly to the Finance Lead.

What you will bring Payroll experience in a similar high-volume role would be highly regarded but is not essential, as training will be provided.
A demonstrated ability to investigate unfamiliar requirements, locate relevant information and use sound problem-solving skills to determine the appropriate course of action.
A minimum of three years’ administration experience, preferably within construction, maintenance, industrial services or a similar operational environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team, manage fluctuating workloads and meet fixed timelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The confidence to use initiative, investigate discrepancies and elevate complex or unclear matters appropriate
