and operational support across key HR processes.The role ensures the production of accurate HR data, enabling business decisions and effective workforce management. In partnership with HR, Finance and business stakeholders, the position contributes to budget monitoring, organizational analysis, process efficiency, performance management administration and learning operations while ensuring data quality, compliance and continuous improvement.How you will contribute Support HR annual budget and forecast processes in partnership with HR Managers and Finance.Monitor labour costs, headcount evolution, temporary workforce, overtime, absenteeism and holiday accruals.Prepare regular reporting on labour costs, budget variances and workforce trends.Perform labour cost analyses, workforce simulations and scenario planning to support business decisions.Produce, maintain and continuously improve recurring HR dashboards and reports.Cond
