Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end back-office operations for insurance-based investment products, driving proactive issue resolution and process enhancements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support distribution channels and post-sale activities, ensuring accurate policy administration and compliance. You will interface with external providers and continually improve operational processes to boost efficiency and accuracy. This is a hands-on, results-oriented position within Allianz’s Operations function, with a focus on unit-linked/IBIPs and a clear impact on customer outcomes. You will work in a collaborative environment that values integrity, inclusion, and service.
