Position SummaryThe Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Italian Inside Sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, high-quality customer engagement and operational excellence. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on sales management. You will coach and develop team members, monitor individual and team performance, optimize sales processes and ensure consistent execution across the entire sales funnel. As the role involves regular communication and collaboration with FlexAuto's headquarters in Greece, a strong command of English is essential.
