About the Role:
We are looking for an Area Europe FSQ Packaging Auditor to join our Food Safety & Quality organization. Reporting to the Area Europe & SME Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the qualification, auditing and continuous monitoring of suppliers providing a wide range of packaging materials, including paper and board, plastic, glass and other packaging components, across the European region. By ensuring alignment with Ferrero Food Safety & Quality standards, you will contribute to supplier compliance, risk management and performance improvement activities throughout the packaging supply chain. Operating in a dynamic international environment, you will help drive audit governance, supplier performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening the effectiveness of Ferrero's Packaging FSQ program across Europe.
Main Responsibilities: In this role, you will contribute to the qualification and ongoing assessment of packaging suppliers across the European region, ensuring compliance with Ferrero Food Safety & Quality standards.
Working closely with Procurement, Packaging SMEs and other stakeholders, you will evaluate suppliers' capabilities and quality management systems, support supplier approval activities and help strengthen the reliability of the packaging supply base through a risk-based approach. You will manage and execute supplier audits and inspections, coordinating audit plans and supporting the assessment of supplier performance against established Food Safety & Quality requirements. Through regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders, you will monitor audit outcomes, identify improvement opportunities and ensure the effective implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions, contributing to the resolution of non-conformities and compliance gaps.
