We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Rome Castel Romano Outlet store, supporting a team of 19 talented colleagues including store manager, department manager, sales associates and store operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive an exceptional client experience, empower team performance and contribute to the commercial success of the store.





Working closely with the Store Manager, you will champion Burberry's values, foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.
