Luxenta S.r.l. is looking for a Project Funding & Grant Specialist
Luxenta S.r.l. is seeking a professional to support the identification, preparation and submission of project proposals for regional, national and European funding opportunities, with the aim of supporting the company’s growth through public funding and research and innovation programmes.
The selected candidate is not required to have an in-depth technical knowledge of Luxenta’s specific business activities. The key responsibility will be to understand funding call requirements, structure project proposals and coordinate the collection of the technical, administrative and financial information needed for each application, working closely with the company’s shareholders and technical experts.
Main responsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
• monitoring and identifying regional, national and European funding opportunities relevant to the company;
• analysing eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, application procedures and deadlines;
• preparing the documentation required for funding applications;
• coordinating the collection of technical contributions from shareholders and company collaborators, providing clear and targeted requests for the information needed for each section of the proposal;
• integrating and reworking the technical contributions received into a coherent and well-structured project proposal;
• drafting administrative, organisational, impact, exploitation and dissemination sections of project applications;
• supporting the preparation of project budgets and financial documentation;
• managing the submission of applications through regional, national and European online platforms;
• checking the completeness and compliance of all documentation before submission;
• maintaining an updated calendar of funding opportunities, deadlines and ongoing proposals.
