Client Advisor (M/F/D) Tempo pieno - KINRADEN
Location: Milan, Italy
We are looking for a refined and commercially driven Sales Associate to join a Copenhagen-based fine jewellery brand opening a new boutique in the heart of Milan.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a genuine passion for jewellery, design, fashion and craftsmanship.
This role goes beyond traditional retail sales: the Sales Associate will act as a true ambassador of the boutique, guiding clients through the collections with knowledge, sensitivity and an understanding of the creative and artisanal values behind each piece.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and advise local and international clients, delivering a highly personalised and sophisticated boutique experience.
• Present and sell fine jewellery collections with confidence, explaining their design concept, materials, craftsmanship, inspiration and distinctive aesthetic identity.
• Understand clients’ personal style and preferences in order to recommend pieces that reflect their taste, lifestyle and individual personality.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the collections, including gemstones, precious metals, finishes, techniques, proportions, colours and design details.
• Communicate the creative story behind each collection and convey the values of the designer, atelier and brand.
• Build long-term relationships with local and international clients through attentive clienteling and CRM activities.
• Develop a personal portfolio of clients and proactively support repeat business and private appointments.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining an advisory and relationship-driven approach. Provide and receive feedback.
• Support VIP appointments, private presentations, launches, exhibitions and boutique events.
• Follow developments in contemporary jewellery, fashion, art and design in order to engage naturally with a sophisticated clientele.
