About SerlinoLab
We're SerlinoLab — a fast-growing Italian skincare brand for men, formulated in an Italian lab and sold DTC online across Italy and the US.
That combination is rare: Italian brand craft and real product heritage, paired with US-scale DTC growth. We're a startup in every sense — we move fast, we stay flexible, and we're growing 700% year over year.
• 200,000+ satisfied customers
• Best seller on Amazon Italy in our category
• 4.5 average on Trustpilot with 1,000+ reviews
• 30%+ of customers come back and buy again
• On track to reach €30M this year
• Bootstrapped and profitable — no investors, no board. Decisions are made by two founders, fast.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Website Designer to own the full visual and UX experience of our DTC storefront — PDPs, landing pages, and the site as a whole.
This isn't just a testing role. You'll be part of a three-person pod — a CRO Specialist, you,
and a Developer — shipping landing pages and test variations at speed to keep pace with our ad angles. You’ll take ownership of elevating both our websites to a premium standard that matches where the brand is headed, and then kept there — continuously refined and modernized, whether or not a CRO test happens to be running that week.
We move at startup speed: fast decisions, fast shipping, high standards throughout. You'll need to have come from eCommerce — ideally beauty, supplements, or a similarly fast-moving vertical — somewhere design was expected to perform, not just look good.
You'll design every PDP, landing page, and site-wide element in Figma. Our Art Director sets the brand guidelines, our Developer builds exactly what you design, and our CRO Specialist tells you what to test. Your job is to make sure everything you touch is both beautiful and built to convert — and that the site never stops getting bett
