Job Overview





The mission of the Network Planning & Operations Specialist at Maserati can be achieved by ensuring implementation of Network MTPs (Mid Term Plans).
Following the Long Range Plan (LRP) approval, Network Planning & Operations with Regions/Markets defines the number of POS for the optimal network coverage taking into consideration multiple variables like customer convenience and financial sustainability. As an HQ level, the main task is to define clear guidelines to the Regional counterparts and monitor the MTPs implementation and network actions (open points, buy-sells, relocations, terminations).

• Monitor and support application of B2B processes, tools and guidelines across regions
• Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights
• Monitor Residual Value results and guidelines implementation
