For our Milan Headquarters, we are looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist to support day-to-day workplace services and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Digital Workplace environment across the Group.

The role is primarily hands-on and operational, covering endpoint management, device lifecycle, user onboarding/offboarding, IT support processes, and collaboration tools.

The person will work closely with the Core Tech & Cybersecurity team and Local IT teams to implement common workplace and IT support practices, contributing to process standardization and automation initiatives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Digital Workplace Operations
• Support Digital Workplace services for Windows and macOS users.
• Perform device provisioning,



deployment, upgrades, replacement, and decommissioning activities.
• Maintain device inventory and related documentation.
• Assist Local IT teams with workplace-related issues and procedures.

ITSM & Support Processes
• Work within established ITSM processes for incidents and service requests.
• Support ticket categorization, prioritization, escalation, and SLA tracking.
• Contribute to the improvement of support workflows and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge articles, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Support adoption of common support practices across Local IT teams.

Onboarding, Offboarding & Automation
• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver activities.
• Contribute to the automation of recurring workplace and user-management activities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual activities together with the wider IT team.
