This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding Italian voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
• Record professional-grade Italian voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and creative prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression
• Provide clear, detailed, and actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest refinements to improve clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken expression
• Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, cadence, and pronunciation
• Detail-oriented when it comes to evaluating and documenting voice quality
Nice to Have
• Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or dialects
• Background in radio, broadcasting, theatre, or commercial
