About the client
Our client is a fast-growing, US-based direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand in the health and fitness supplements space. They sell through their own Shopify store, largely on a subscription model, and run a high-volume, performance-driven marketing engine where email and SMS are core revenue channels.

About the role

We are looking for a Klaviyo specialist who can own the client's email and SMS program end to end: strategy, execution, and results. You will turn a large, engaged customer base into predictable revenue through smart segmentation, well-built automated flows, and a disciplined campaign calendar. You will work closely with a copywriter and a designer, and you will be the person who decides what gets sent, to whom, and why.

Responsibilities
• Own the Klaviyo account day to day: campaign planning, building, scheduling, QA, and sending.
• Build, audit,



and optimize core lifecycle flows: welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, winback, and subscription retention / cancellation save.
• Design and maintain a segmentation strategy based on purchase behavior, subscription status, engagement, and customer value.
• Run a structured A/B testing roadmap (subject lines, offers, timing, layout, flow logic) and turn results into clear next steps.
• Protect deliverability: domain authentication, list hygiene, sunset policies, engagement-based sending, and inbox placement monitoring.
• Plan and execute promotional calendars for sales, product launches, and seasonal pushes, in coordination with the wider marketing team.
• Manage SMS campaigns and flows alongside email, keeping frequency and messaging consistent across channels.
