Further information is available on the Company’s website PRIMARY FUNCTION The Body Builder Purchasing Commodity Buyer is responsible of equipment’s purchasing for vehicles,



applying the purchasing strategy and regarding the perimeter management of suppliers. Key Responsibilities include: For the assigned commodity, in cooperation with Italy and Ame Sales departments, implements the supply base management strategies that lead to lowest total cost in terms of quality, lead time and unit cost. Selects suppliers using the Iveco Sourcing procedure, negotiate Long Term and Supply Contracts where applicable, and maintain performance to expectations through negotiation of prices and terms to achieve best overall purchase decision. Purchase Orders management Keeps abreast of market conditions, competitor benchmarking, new technical solutions, and techniques of manufacture for assigned commodities by maintaining close contacts with suppliers.
