As part of the Human Resources Team you will have the opportunity to develop you knowledges in the main HR activities supported by an experienced team that will assist you with a specific focus on:

• Talent Acquisition & Reporting: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. Maintain, update,



and generate regular reports from the candidate database and recruitment pipelines, tracking key hiring metrics.
• HR Metrics: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases and prepare comprehensive reports on hiring activity and workforce data to support HR analytics.
• Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing employment contracts and organizing induction programs.
• Day-to-Day HR Support: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on company policies and HR procedures.
• Contract Management & Legal Compliance: Support the HR team in drafting, issuing and managing employment contracts, extensions and related documentation. Track contract renewals, probation period expiries, and key deadlines to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies, assisting with day-to-day employment law and administrative queries
