YOUR ROLE Inside EMEA Integrated Business Management and Sales Operation main organization, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service Team – Cluster Industrial and Personal Electronics.



This role is strategic in our customer experience and operational excellence to ensure consistent and high-quality support across the entire end to end process. The new team member will play key role in delivering an exceptional service level to customers, improving responsiveness, building long-term customer relationships and enabling our sales team to focus on the business growth.
Main tasks: Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional support.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Monitor order execution, identify potential risks and drive timely corrective actions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer servi
