Export Sales Manager – Strategic Markets (MEA & North Pool)

Work location: Corbola, Italy (with systematic international travel)

On behalf of an Italian manufacturing company of excellence, a leader in the design of technological systems for critical fluid pumping (Oil&Gas;, Chemical, and Petrochemical), we are looking for a technical sales professional | Open to both candidates based in Italy and international applicants living abroad | to consolidate the brand's presence in high-potential markets.
The company is undergoing a structural transformation: with 85% of its turnover generated abroad, we are not aiming solely at volumetric growth, but at a redefinition of our commercial approach based on merit, technical precision, and a consultative business vision.

The Role: Strategic Vision and Area Management
The company is seeking a professional capable of operating autonomously within the MEA (Middle East & Africa) and North Pool (Northern Europe) markets—mirror markets that require extreme cultural adaptability and technical competence,



while acting as leading drivers in their respective industries.

What you will concretely do:
- Strategic Market Management: Define and implement the action plan for assigned markets, optimizing the existing network of agents/distributors and directly managing industrial Key Accounts.
- High-Level Business Development: Identify new commercial penetration opportunities through a constant presence in the territory (30-40% travel).
- Technical Value Selling: Interface with clients' Engineering departments to propose customized project-based solutions. The product is technical. The ideal candidate must know the sector and the type of stakeholders, bridging them with the internal Sales & Development department, which will handle the detailed engineering and quotation phases.
- Full Cycle Negotiation: Manage the entire negotiation process, from coordinating with the technical office to formulate complex offers up to contract closing.
