This is not a conventional sales manager position .
We are looking for an established marine-industry professional who already has a meaningful network across the European and international yachting ecosystem and can open doors at decision-maker level.
The ideal candidate has spent years building trusted relationships with yacht builders, shipyards, yacht-management companies, charter operators, premium marinas, marine distributors, watersports/water-toy brands and other influential players within the luxury marine industry.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have direct professional relationships with decision-makers at companies and organizations such as:
Luxury yacht and superyacht builders: Azimut, Benetti, Ferretti Group brands including Riva, Pershing, Wally, CRN and Custom Line, Princess Yachts, Sunseeker, Sanlorenzo, Lürssen, Damen Yachting, Oceanco and comparable builders.
Yacht brokerage, charter and yacht-management groups: Burgess, Fraser, Camper & Nicholsons, Y.CO, I
