*Hybrid working within this role enables a balance of 50 per cent of time split between the office and home over a 4-week period.Hybrid working arrangements can evolve subject to business requirements.

Overview of project/role
To manage the rolling stock availability,
reliability and cleanliness associated with the London Overground and to provide technical, leadership, assurance, compliance and project management capability to London Overground on rolling stock, depot and stabling matters. The position will also manage the technical and operational interfaces for the change to passenger services impacting the fleet, depots and stabling facilities in conjunction with London Overground, the operator, and train maintainer.
Key Accountabilities
To support the Head of Fleet in the implementation of the Rolling Stock and Depot Train Service Agreements to include the Train Maintainers Performance regime and to provide technical leadership, project management for changes to passenger services impacting Rolling Stock, stabling and depot facilities.
