THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:




- Maintain and configure systems and devices running onWindows,macOS, andLinux, ensuring stability and efficiency
- AdministerJumpCloudandGoogle Workspace– manage users, devices, access rights, and security policies
- Actively participate inonboarding and offboardingprocesses – create and remove user accounts, configure devices, and provide necessary resources
- Assist employees withsoftware and hardware issues, both onsite and remotely, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Create and maintainPowerShell scriptsand other automation solutions to streamline daily tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their IT needs and assist in implementing new solutions
- Maintainaccurate and up-to-date documentationof systems, processes, and procedures
