YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support the CMO during meetings and business discussions, including preparing minutes, tracking actions, and following up on outcomes Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CMO in English, German, and Italian Act as a key liaison between the CMO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization Prepare and develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal meetings, customer engagements, and public events Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and executive appointments, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are available Take ownership of selected projects and special assignments, working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and key projects, ensuring timely execution and escalation where required YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
