Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Modernization for products/systems/services within a designated market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
This role is contributing to the Service modernization in Italy and allocated countries .

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drive the lifecycle management of service offerings and solutions, from market analysis and business case development to launch, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities within the installed base (IB) and the market to promote upgrades, retrofits, modernization programs, and other value-added service solutions that enhance customer performance and business growth.
- Act as the key interface between Product Management, Engineering, Service, Sales, and customers to translate market needs into competitive and technically sound solutions.
- Support the definition of technical specifications, solution roadmaps, pricing strategies, and portfolio positioning to address customer requirements and market trends.
- Assist Sales and Marketing teams in the launch and promotion of new offerings by preparing commercial and technical materials, supporting campaigns, customer events, trade shows, and sales enablement activities.
